Our butters may melt in transit during warm climates. The butter can be used melted or place it in the refrigerator to solidify, unfortunately it will not regain its original whipped texture. When the butter returns to solid room temperature crystallizing may occur. This will only affect texture not the performance of the product. Our products are handcrafted with no artificial preservatives so please store in a cool dry place.
